my|deposits has welcomed new letting agents, who have joined the tenancy deposit protection scheme.
The agents, which include Andrews Letting and Management, Townends Lettings and Management and The Letmore Group, will now use my|deposits to protect all deposits on behalf of their landlord clients.
Eddie Hooker, Chief Executive, mydeposits.co.uk, commented:
“More and more agents are seeing the advantages of using my|deposits for their deposit protection needs. Our government-authorised scheme is easy to use and easy to join.
We offer competitive fees, and a timely, independent dispute resolution service. Moving current deposit protections to my|deposits is a simple, straight forward process and protecting new ones is easy through our online system.”
David Westgate, Managing Director, Andrews Letting and Management, said:
“The reputation for outstanding customer service and the simple fee structure at my|deposits made it a logical choice to switch over to them for our deposit protection needs.
This new partnership is excellent news for our landlords and tenants who will benefit from knowing their deposits are protected by a government approved scheme and any deposit disputes will be resolved quickly and fairly.”
my|deposits recently announced it had protected £1 billion worth of deposits since starting out in 2007.
