New edition of scheme rules

We have re-written the mydeposits Scheme Rules to make them easier to read and to provide you with a clearer understanding of your obligations when taking and holding deposits on behalf of your tenants.
The 3rd Edition of the Scheme Rules will come into effect from 6 April 2009 for all our members and are available to download [515kB PDF file].
Alternatively you can request a paper version by emailing us on
schemerules@mydeposits.co.uk. Remember to include your membership number and full postal address.
New online Dispute Handling Service coming soon! Keep an eye on our website for the new Dispute Handling Service. You will be able to view and respond to deposit disputes online without all the paperwork
