We have re-written the mydeposits Scheme Rules to make them easier to read and to provide you with a clearer understanding of your obligations when taking and holding deposits on behalf of your tenants.

The 3rd Edition of the Scheme Rules will come into effect from 6 April 2009 for all our members and are available to download [515kB PDF file].
