mydeposits.co.uk has been commended for its work in helping resolve disputes between landlords and tenants at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Awards.

We were nominated as a finalist in the ‘Significant Achievement in the Field of Dispute Resolution Award’ category.

The judges recognised that mydeposits “has made a significant difference to the resolution of landlord-tenant disputes through its well-designed adjudication scheme.”

The Chief Executive of mydeposits.co.uk, Eddie Hooker, said:

“Whilst we didn’t win, I’m delighted that the hard work put in by the entire team at mydeposits saw us named as a finalist, alongside international organisations.

mydeposits has developed a unique interactive dispute resolution service allowing tenants to lodge, track the progress of, and review their disputes online. It has helped cut down the time it takes to resolve a dispute by nearly a quarter and saved many tenants the hassle and expense of going to court.
