mydeposits letting agent pricing options
There is an initial one-off joining fee to become a mydeposits member and then an individual deposit protection fee to protect each tenant’s deposit. Lastly we charge a small annual administration fee to renew your account.
We accept both regulated and un-regulated agents. We aim to support agents who have Client Money Protection or belong to a recognised body, therefore we have reduced our joining fees and protection rates for these agents.
Our new fees are effective from 5 April 2012 and include discounted deposit protection fees from just £10 for SAFEagent registered agents, and £12 for other accredited agents. Read more here.
