3. End of the tenancy

Step 1 Agreement

  • At the end of the tenancy period, the Landlordwhat's this? and Tenantwhat's this? should agree how much of the depositwhat's this? should be returned to the Tenant.

 

Step 2 Returning the deposit

  • Within 10 days of agreeing hom much deposit should be returned, or within 10 days of the Tenant requesting repayment of the deposit, the Landlord must return the agreed amount to the Tenant.
  • If there is a dispute between the Landlord and Tenant about the return of the deposit, the Tenant can advise mydeposits of a potential dispute.
