Step 3 Deposit Protection Certificate

  • Landlord must sign and give a copy of the Deposit Protection Certificate to the Tenant to check and countersign within 14 days of receiving the deposit.
  • We suggest that Landlords keep a copy of the Deposit Protection Certificate.
