Control the deposit

mydeposits is designed specifically for landlords who want to keep hold of the deposit, rather than handing it over to a third party. This means you can:

  • Make any deductions to the deposit if you need to at the end of the tenancy,
  • Discuss issues directly with your tenant, without having to involve us,
  • Use our free, impartial dispute resolution service if you and your tenant cannot agree on the deposit amount to be returned.

Our members view:

“I like to be able to manage the money myself and have more control over the deposits. I can return the deposit to the tenants quickly at the end of their stay which they appreciate.”

Shay Popat mydeposits member since 2008.
