Who is mydeposits?

In November 2006, the UK Government appointed mydeposits to operate a tenancy deposit protection scheme.

• mydeposits is the trading name of Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd.
• mydeposits is jointly owned by the National Landlords Association and Hamilton Fraser Insurance.
• Hamilton Fraser Insurance is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Register entry)
